Whether it is choosing chemicals with low toxicity, using recycled materials or reducing water, we aim to reduce our environmental impacts in all aspects of our operations.

Efficiency changes include reducing waste through improved quality inspection, customer demand driven production, removing redundancies in production procedures and equipment upgrades. We are tracking our energy energy use and have we have set three year energy target for carbon reduction target .

Sustainable Materials

J-Long will continue to use recycle materials. We will contribute to the transition to a circular society by eliminating production and plastic waste and developing products designed for circularity. Recycled materials included Recycled Leather, Cork and Apple Skin.

All the waste we generate is already reintroduced into the circle through energy or material recovery.

Our finished products meet industry standards such as Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® and bluesign approved - ensuring they are free of harmful substances.

Comply with chemicals change management requirements defined by BLUESIGN
Guarantees the safe use of textile and related products by removing hazardous chemicals before they enter the supply chain
Products approved by bluesign® ensures that less harmful substances or processes were used in its production. Every chemical and process are reviewed and evaluated by bluesign®. We make sure safe chemicals are used from the very first stage of production.
